Team Profile

Dra. Siti Ishmah Afwan, M.Si.
Founder/Director

Having extensive and solid work experiences in development, gender equality and social inclusion mainstream approach, community capacity building, resettlement of local residents due to social and political conflict, which were happened in NTT, with Timor Leste, Poso Central Sulawesi, Aceh etc. Livelihoods with special emphasis on women’s economic empowerment, peacebuilding and conflict resolution, research and socio-economic monitoring and also program evaluation. Having professional skills in sustainable humanitarian development programs.

Dr. Ir. Agus Puji P., M.Eng., IPU., AER., APEC Eng.
Policy Adviser

Having extensive experiences in the preparation and development of public policies, particularly related to regulations and preparatory documents for Power Plant Development. Experienced in the technical field of technology readiness planning, innovation, and manufacturing, including human resource development. Served as a leader in various working groups and strategic institutions to unify visions and missions and successfully achieve outputs effectively and efficiently.

Ir. Dini Kartikawati P., M.Si.
Senior Program Officer

Having Extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation programs such as peacebuilding and sustainable development initiatives in several regions, as well as conducting evaluations through sustainable approach and community capacity building. She is also having expertise in participative approach in the development of social engineering and management, including in the areas of communication and collaboration. Take lead in the design and implementation of program performance, monitoring and evaluation, and documented successes stories program.

Program Specialist

Collaborate with local partners to ensure all reports are delivered on time, design a logical project framework and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system. Together with the Program Team, implement and disseminate an accountability system, Feedback Mechanism, and Complaint and Response Mechanism (CRM) for all programs implementation.

Drs. Singgih Seno Aji
Program Specialist

Having extensive experience in the Implementation of Mercury Emission Reduction/Elimination Program in Community Gold Mining, development of sustainable palm oil management; Providing support in effective and efficient budget management of project finances including resource mobilization, activity disbursement, financial management/monitoring/reporting; and coordinating with the Government of Indonesia.

Dr. Derry Pantjadarma, M.Sc.
Senior Expert

Contributed to various initiatives to replicate pilot applications of technology and science in various regions into constructive policies, including relevant conceptual notes on institutional and governance aspects in the science and innovation ecosystem blueprint. Experienced in the field of public policy, especially in strengthening the public research funding system with an emphasis on the governance of research project incentives, research collaboration, monitoring and evaluation capabilities.
